C.J. has spent the last 15 years in the healthcare industry, driven by a desire to improve the lives of others. His journey began with direct patient care experience in the ER, and grew to leading teams of 400+ employees across 50+ healthcare facilities.
Most recently, he has led complex consulting projects at Optum, helping clients enhance operational efficiencies, quality, and growth resulting in multi-million dollar improvements.
C.J. holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis with Honors in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in pre-medicine from the University of Dayton.
In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf, watching The Office, and eating Chipotle every day. And for the record, he’s not a fan of writing about himself in the third person.
